In 2020, after years in mining, Steve noticed declining customer service matched with rising prices. He saw this gap and founded ELM to address these issues. MANAGING DIRECTOR

Steve, a Mechanical Engineering Specialist and ELM co-founder, uses his experience to improve the company’s global relationships, branches, and products. He focuses on product development, manufacturing, engineering, business development, and sales. Steve has managed contract negotiations, business strategy, and manufacturing throughout his career.
