In 2021, ELM Equipment was founded with the purpose of bringing professionalism and great customer service back to the mining sector. Disenchanted with the cowboy attitudes prevalent across the industry, Steve decided to strike out on his own and create a mining services company based on honesty, partnership, and professionalism. In a short space of time, ELM has supplied machinery, labour hire, and products to some of the most well-known names in the mining industry, proving how business can and should be done.

Steve has spent 15 years in the mining sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His experience extends throughout the manufacturing and mining industries, including project management, Mining contracts, maintenance analysis, strategy, Product development and implementation. With a global network of contacts that Steve has worked with over the years, it is Steve’s goal to use these connections to ensure every job is completed to perfection. Steve’s ultimate desire is to see our clients happy and our team members succeed.
